monoboards is a free pure-static web application for personal project management and task tracking. This application does not require account registration, and all features run locally in the browser.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use monoboards through a web browser on any device. You may:

• Use it personally on any number of devices
• Export data for personal backup
• Share the app link with others

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using monoboards, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use this application for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application
• Claim that monoboards is a product you developed

4. Disclaimer

monoboards is provided "as is" and makes no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Warranty against data loss (data is stored only in the local browser)
• Warranty of permanent availability
• Warranty of error-free or bug-free operation
• Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this application.

5. Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored only in your local browser, you are fully responsible for your own data. We recommend regularly backing up using the "Export Markdown" feature. The developer is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or leakage.
